WOLFEBORO -In September, Burnt Timber Brewing & Tavern in Wolfeboro will offer customers 20% off the alcohol portion of their order to anyone who shows a Wright Museum receipt, admission sticker, or member card.
The promotion is part of Wright Museum’s Business Partner program, which features one partnership each month in which the museum works with local businesses to enhance their respective offerings and promote one another.
“Burnt Timber Tavern has worked with us for years, and it is a partnership we value,” explained Mike Culver, museum executive director.
In return, The Wright will provide half off admission for up to 2 people in one party with a Burnt Timber Tavern receipt, dated September 1 through September 30.
“It’s a great program because we both offer something to the other’s patrons,” added Culver. “I hope people take us both up on our special offers.”
For Burnt Timber Tavern Owner Eddie Michno, supporting The Wright is personal.
“I’m a veteran and come from a family where many of us served,” he said. “The Wright Museum honors those who have served, and that’s a cause I can stand behind.”
The region’s leading resource for educators and learners of all ages on World War II, the Wright Museum features more than 14,000 items in its collection that are representative of both the homefront and battlefield. To learn more about The Wright, visit wrightmuseum.org.
